Coaching Team

Charlie began his rowing journey at the Oratory School before progressing to Leander and Oxford Brookes. While still competing, he returned to coach at his former school. After concluding his own rowing career, he guided a Yale Lightweight 4+ to the final of the Prince Albert Challenge Cup in 2009. He has since worked with a variety of national sports teams and held coaching roles at prestigious rowing institutions, including Pembroke College, Monkton Combe School, and Bristol University.
